Poster Microgram Alternative Stage 2023

Everything that has happened in the past few years (the pandemic, technological disruptions, etc.) has left our memories of alternative music (the scene, the community, etc.) fragmented. This situation has led us to question many things about reality, including the reality of the independent music scene. “Is the definition of ‘alternative music’ really like this? Is the ‘scene movement’ truly like this?” Even, “Is Microgram what we thought it was all along?”

In the end, Microgram Alternative Stage is not an attempt to “validate” it all, but simply a celebration. Over three days, people with different fragmented memories will share in the same celebration. We will come together, share, and laugh at these memories, and then continue with life as it should be. Here at Microgram, which is also just one fragment, we just happen to have the opportunity to create this space.
