MICROGRAM x 347 - COUCH IN THE WHITE HOUSE
The Couch Club, BLEU HOUSE, and White Chorus joined forces as Couch In The White House to release their collaborative single “Throw It All”, celebrated at the release party, N*TIFICATI*NS BL*WIN UP MY PHONE on 29 March 2022. The release also marked the beginning of a collaboration between music collective Microgram and iconic local brand 3.4.7.
Since 1996, 3.4.7 has played a key role in supporting youth subcultures, especially in music, design, and skateboarding. Microgram, however, manages acts like Oscar Lolang, Heals, and Feel Koplo. Though relatively new, the three featured bands have begun turning heads with their distinct sounds, making this project a bold response to skepticism about Bandung’s creative scene.
“Celebrating Bandung isn't always about nostalgia. This collaboration reflects our push for creative regeneration by connecting young talent with a legendary brand,” said Radovan Raynes of Microgram.
“Throw It All” blends the electronica of White Chorus, BLEU HOUSE’s vibrant pop, and The Couch Club’s R&B/hip-hop into an eclectic anthem of youthful apathy and carefree energy. Consequently, 3.4.7 launched limited-edition merchandise, such as t-shirts and pillowcases, with minimal yet striking designs that capture the song’s spirit.
The single and music video are available on streaming platforms.
